Sizing & fit
Measure the widest part of each nail bed in millimeters and match to our size chart on the Size Guide page. Measure all 10 fingers — they're often different sizes. When between two sizes, always size up. You can file a press-on smaller, but you can't make it wider.
That's very common! If your measurements don't all match one standard size, select Custom at checkout and list all 10 measurements in your order notes — Thumb, Index, Middle, Ring, Pinky for each hand. We'll build your set to fit.
Our sizing kit includes one tip in each size (XS–L) in your chosen shape and length. You try them on at home to find your perfect fit before ordering. The cost of the sizing kit is credited toward your first nail set order — just include your sizing kit order number in the notes at checkout.
We offer five shapes: Square, Coffin, Round, Almond, and Stiletto. Each is available in X-Short, Short, and Medium lengths. Long length is available on custom orders — email us at hello@freshset.co to request.
Orders & processing
Add the design or tier product to your cart, then add all your preferences in the Order Notes at checkout — your shape, size, length, and any design details for custom orders. We'll confirm your order by email and reach out if we have any questions before starting.
Ready-to-ship sets ship in 2–4 business days. Tier 1 and Tier 2 made-to-order sets take 3–5 business days. Tier 3 sets take 5–7 business days. Tier 4 luxury custom sets take 7–10 business days. Cuticle oils ship in 2–4 business days. Please communicate any shipping guidelines you might have and we can arrange for rush, production, and shipping. Processing times are in addition to shipping transit time.
Discount codes cannot be combined with other codes or promotions. Use FRESH2 for 10% off 2 nail sets, or FRESH15 for 15% off 3 or more nail sets. Mix any tiers.
We begin processing orders quickly, especially made-to-order sets. If you need to make a change, email us at hello@freshset.co as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate changes before your set is started, but we cannot guarantee changes once production has begun.
Products & care
With proper prep and application, press-on nails can last 1–2 weeks with glue or 1–3 days with adhesive tabs. Longevity depends on nail prep, activity level, and how much your hands are exposed to water. Always clean and buff your nails before applying, and avoid soaking in water for the first few hours.
Yes! If removed carefully, press-on nails can be reused multiple times. Soak in warm soapy water or use cuticle oil around the edges to loosen the adhesive. Never force them off. Clean off any remaining adhesive and store flat.
Our cuticle oils are made with a blend of USDA certified organic carrier oils: Organic Jojoba Oil, Organic Rosehip Oil, Organic Sweet Almond Oil, and 100% Pure Vitamin E Oil. Scented varieties also contain skin-safe, phthalate-free fragrance oil. All oils are for external use only. Patch test recommended for sensitive skin.
Our cuticle oils use certified organic, non-GMO carrier oils that are generally well-tolerated. We offer an Unscented option for those with fragrance sensitivities. As with all personal care products, we recommend a patch test before regular use. If you have known allergies to any of our ingredients, please review the full ingredient list before purchasing.

Processing times

Processing time is the time it takes us to make and prepare your order before it ships. It is separate from shipping transit time.

Orders placed Friday after 12pm ET, Saturday, or Sunday begin processing the following Monday. We do not process orders on federal holidays.

All orders ship via USPS from Annandale, Virginia.

Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states and US territories. International shipping is not available at this time. If you're located outside the US and would like to place an order, please email us at hello@freshset.co and we'll do our best to help.

Tracking your order

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your USPS tracking number once your order ships. Allow up to 24 hours after receiving the confirmation for tracking to activate. If you haven't received a tracking number within your expected processing window, email us at hello@freshset.co.

Our return policy

All sales are final. Because our nail sets are handmade to order and sized specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing preferences, change of mind, or designs that don't match expectations based on screen color variation.

We stand behind our work. If something arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will always make it right.
Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or with a clear manufacturing defect, please email us at hello@freshset.co within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and 2–3 clear photos. We review each case individually and will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate. Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible.

Sizing issues

Sizing is the customer's responsibility. We provide a detailed size guide and offer sizing kits so you can confirm your measurements before ordering. If you are unsure of your size, we strongly recommend ordering a sizing kit first — the cost is credited toward your first nail set. We cannot accept returns for sets that don't fit due to incorrect size selection.

Cuticle oils

Due to the personal care nature of our cuticle oils, all oil sales are final. If your oil arrives damaged or leaking, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will send a replacement.

Information we collect

When you place an order or contact us, we collect information you provide — including your name, email address, shipping address, and payment information. Payment data is processed securely through Shopify and is never stored directly by Fresh Set LLC. We may also collect non-personal data about how you interact with our website through Shopify's analytics tools.

How we use your information

We use your information to process and fulfill your orders, communicate with you about your order status, respond to your questions, and improve our products and service. We do not use your information for automated profiling or sell it to third parties for marketing purposes.

Information sharing

We share your information only as necessary to fulfill your order — with USPS for shipping, and with Shopify as our e-commerce platform. Shopify's privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any other third parties.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. To make a request, email us at hello@freshset.co. We will respond within 30 days. If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
